We have built one thing — software for repair shops.
Phonesol runs the daily operation of a cell phone or repair store — repairs, sales, inventory, customers, and staff — in one system built around how the counter actually works. Simple enough for any owner or a new cashier to run on day one.
We didn't start with software. We started at the counter.
Phonesol's founder, Usman Khadim, spent 3+ years around cellphone retail and repair shops. The pattern never changed: repairs tracked in one tool, stock in another, customers in a third, payments somewhere else — and the owner holding the rest together in their head and on WhatsApp.
The software meant to fix it was either too generic to understand a repair ticket, or so heavy that staff abandoned it and went back to paper. Neither respected how a busy counter really works. So we started from a single question: what would this look like if it were built only for repair stores — and simple enough to use on day one, by someone who isn't technical?
A few opinions we build around.
Simple beats flexible
Most tools fail shops by piling on options nobody uses. We make the hard choices so your team doesn't have to — learnable in an hour, not a week.
Repair-first, not retrofitted
Tickets, devices, parts, and warranties are first-class — not bolted onto a generic retail POS. The flow follows a repair from check-in to pickup.
Built for the counter, not the database
Our users are owners and staff, not engineers. If a feature can't be explained without database words, it isn't done.
Compliance, handled quietly
VAT and invoicing are built in for the regions you operate in, so the paperwork stays right without becoming your second job.
The core of your store, in one place.
A part used on a ticket, a payment taken, a stock count — they stay in sync, without re-entering anything twice.
POS & billing
Invoices, receipts, split payments, and correct totals at the counter.
Repairs & work orders
Every job from check-in to pickup, with parts, statuses, and warranties.
Inventory & suppliers
Products, purchases, low-stock alerts, and transfers across locations.
Customers, staff & reports
Customer history, staff roles, and clear visibility across the day.
Building the operating layer for modern repair stores.
Core first. The daily operation has to be solid before anything sits on top of it.
What store owners say after using Phonesol.
“The repair flow finally matches how the counter actually works. We stopped chasing each other for updates — everything is in one place and the team just uses it.”
A. Martin Phone Repair Store Owner“We tested several platforms. Most were bloated with features we'd never use. Phonesol is different — focused, clean, and built around what a phone shop actually does daily.”
Adnan Kh. Mobile Device Repair Shop“Inventory, repairs, and customers feel connected for the first time. I can see what's happening in the store without calling anyone or jumping between tools.”
Javier N. Phone & Accessories Store, Spain“Managing two locations used to mean double the admin. Now both stores run from the same system — stock transfers, staff activity, and daily reports, all in one view.”
Adrian Mt. Multi-location Repair Store Owner“Built by people who genuinely understand this industry. Every workflow feels like it was designed by someone who's stood behind a repair counter — not just built software for it.”
Abdullah N. Cellphone Store Owner“Stock used to be a constant problem — missing parts, wrong counts, surprises mid-repair. Since switching, inventory has been accurate and the alerts actually help us stay ahead.”
