Phonesol Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, and account terminations are handled for Phonesol Services.

1. Subscription Billing

Phonesol operates on a subscription-based billing model.

Subscriptions may be billed:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annually
  • Based on selected add-ons or usage

By subscribing to Phonesol, you authorize recurring billing using your selected payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Phonesol support.

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • Future billing will stop unless reactivated
  • Access to certain features may become limited after expiration

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund.

3. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • Add-ons
  • Usage overages
  • SMS usage
  • Call usage
  • AI usage fees
  • Setup or onboarding services

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or billed multiple times, you must contact Phonesol within a reasonable period.

Verified billing errors may qualify for partial or full refunds at Phonesol’s discretion.

Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered:

  • No subscription fee will apply during the active trial period unless otherwise stated
  • Paid billing may begin automatically after the trial ends
  • Users are responsible for canceling before trial expiration if they do not wish to continue

4. Account Suspension for Non-Payment

If payments fail or invoices remain unpaid, Phonesol may:

  • Restrict account access
  • Suspend Services
  • Limit features
  • Disable integrations
  • Terminate accounts after a retention period

Phonesol reserves the right to recover unpaid balances where legally permitted.

5. Data Retention After Cancellation

After subscription cancellation or termination:

  • Data may remain temporarily available for export
  • Data may be permanently deleted after a retention period
  • Recovery after deletion may not be possible

Users are responsible for exporting required data before cancellation.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Restricted future access to Services

Phonesol reserves the right to provide billing records and account activity to payment providers during dispute investigations.

7. Exceptions

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws in applicable jurisdictions.
